Diagrams you don't save
When you use the editor without an account, your diagram is rendered in your browser and stored only in your browser's local storage. Share links created without an account contain the diagram compressed inside the URL fragment, which is never sent to our server.
Account data
If you create an account we store your email address, an optional name, a securely hashed password (or your Google/GitHub account ID if you use social sign-in), and the diagrams, folders and versions you save. Saved diagrams are private unless you make them public.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, the prompt and relevant diagram text are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response. We store a usage counter (not the content) to enforce daily limits. Anonymous usage counters are keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address.
Payments
Payments are processed by Polar. We never see or store your card details; we only receive your subscription status.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie when you log in, and a small non-identifying cookie that tells our pages you are signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Access to production systems is restricted.
Your rights
You can export your diagrams at any time and delete your account from the Account page, which permanently removes your data. For any privacy request contact [email protected].
